"First let me indicate that my motorcycle is 31 years old and I just purchased it this Summer. I wasn't sure where to have the mechanical soundness reestablished and the only shop I was aware of in the area is across from Six Flags in Agawam , Mass. Since the motor wasn't running when I bought the bike I was assisted by a friend and his truck to get it to the shop. That being said - 5 weeks later the motorcycle barely was running and Hogan's Cycles was unable or unwilling to give decent service. After 5 weeks I paid my overcharged and inflated bill and limped to Mark's Motorsports where I immediately sensed a professional staff. Two and a half weeks later I was riding and smiling and happy to have found Mark's. The ladies at the service desk as well as Mark himself were VERY helpful and I enjoyed the experience all around. I was a bit put off by the price of mounting and balancing new tires but I suppose if I had removed them myself the labor would've been much less. The performance of my motorcycle is better than expected and I will go back for future servicing."

"Originally found out about the dealership in searching for parts for an Aprilia scooter. Ended up seeing, test riding and buying a new Dorsoduro a couple of visits later. I had seriously considered bikes from Ducati and KTM, but bought the Aprilia instead. It is an excellent bike at a good price, but I bought my bike here in part because the dealership and its staff were communicative, friendly, and low-pressure from start to finish. I am really enjoying the bike, and would be happy to come back here again soon for more goodies!"

"Mark's is your best place to go to find personalized family service. Someone who is not pushy but wants to sell you some fun and really wants you to be happy with you purchase. Very honest and goodworkmanship from his service dept. as well. His employees are not only helpful but polite and not the pushy type of salesman.
